These Terms of Use (Terms) define the conditions of access to and use of the Scalpr service, an artificial-intelligence trading chart analysis platform, published by the publisher identified in the legal notice.
Scalpr lets the user send a screenshot of a trading chart and receive an indicative AI-generated analysis: a bullish or bearish reading (BUY / SELL), the AI's confidence level, the reasons for this reading, and zones to watch. The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of results. Scalpr is not an investment advice service.
Access to the service requires creating an account with an email address and a password, or through Google authentication. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential. Any activity carried out from the account is deemed to have been carried out by the user.
Scalpr offers 1-month, 3-month and 12-month subscriptions, with no free trial. The subscription renews automatically at each term unless the user cancels from their account before the renewal date. Current prices are shown on the site at the time of order. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code.
Scalpr may offer a referral program granting one extra week of subscription to the referrer and the referred user. The benefit is triggered after the referred user's first paid month, subject to compliance with the conditions of the program in effect.
All elements that make up Scalpr (trademark, interface, algorithms, content, text, visuals) are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or use is prohibited.
Scalpr is a chart analysis aid for informational and educational purposes. Analyses are generated automatically by an AI model and may contain errors; they constitute neither investment advice nor a personalized recommendation under financial services regulations, and do not take the user's personal situation into account. Zones to watch are indicative markers only. Past results, including those shown on the site, do not predict future results; no gain or success rate is guaranteed. Trading carries a risk of loss up to the total loss of invested capital. The user remains solely responsible for their decisions.
The personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The user has rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection.
Scalpr reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of material changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
The money-back guarantee applies only to the first payment of each subscription offer (1 month, 3 months, or 12 months). To claim it, the user must request it by email at scalpr.app@gmail.com within 3 days of payment, AND have used all 3 daily analyses on each of those 3 days. If any of those days has fewer than 3 analyses, the guarantee does not apply. A full refund is issued within 7 business days and the subscription is then cancelled. This commercial guarantee is in addition to the consumer's legal rights and does not replace them.
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a consumer user has 14 days from subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason, by writing to scalpr.app@gmail.com with their account email. The refund is made using the same payment method within 14 days of the request, and access to the service then ends.
