This policy describes how Scalpr collects, uses, and protects your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The data controller is the publisher of the Scalpr site, reachable at scalpr.app@gmail.com.
We collect: sign-up data (email, encrypted password or Google ID, first name, last name, profile photo if you add one); your onboarding answers; the chart screenshots you send (analyzed and not kept as images); your analysis and trade history and weekly reviews; subscription data (handled by Stripe, we never see your card number); technical data (logs, IP address, browser) and anonymous visit statistics.
The data is processed to provide the service, manage subscriptions and billing, ensure security, improve the product, and comply with our legal obligations.
Processing is based on performance of the contract (Terms), consent where required, and Scalpr's legitimate interests (security, improvement of the service).
Account data is kept for as long as your subscription or account is in use, then deleted within 3 years after your last activity, unless the law requires otherwise. Billing data is kept for 10 years. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
Your data is processed by our service providers, only for the purposes described: Vercel (site hosting), Supabase (database and accounts), Stripe (payment), Anthropic (the AI that analyzes screenshots). Some are located outside the European Union, notably in the United States; these transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact: scalpr.app@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Scalpr only uses cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary for the service to work (sign-in, preferences). Visit statistics are measured anonymously and without cookies.
